Alanis Morissette

Alanis Morissette was born in Ottawa, Canada on June 1st, 1974. She was loved the ballet and was passionate about music. When she was only eleven, she wrote her first album called “Fate Stay With Me.” When she was thirteen, she wrote her second album called “Alanis.” Those two albums were really important to her artistic career.
In 1992 she wrote another album, but this one wasn’t famous like “Fate Stay With Me.” This album was called “Now is the Time” and she became more famous in her country.
Her fans thought that she would never write another album, but in 1995 she came back with all her rage against a man that destroyed her life. With the album called “Jagged Little Pill,” she became known all over the world and sold over 28 million records. Also, with this album she won awards like a Grammy. With this album, Alanis grew up as woman and as a singer.
She then released another interesting album called “Supposed Former Infatuation Junkie”, that was written in 1998, this album was not as aggressive as the last one. She then released “Alanis Morissette MTV Unplugged”, again selling millions of albums around the world. Most recently her albums have been quieter than the others like “Under Rug Swept”, “So-called Chaos”, and some other songs that only real fans know where to find them.
